New Testament

The Christian Bible is divided into two:
1. Old testament
2. New Testament
New testament is that part of the Bible written after Christ largely by his disciples.
There are in total 27 books in the new testament which can be classified as :
1. 4 Gospels - Narratives of Christ's ministries by Matthew ,Mark, Luke and John.
2. Acts-Narrative of the Apostle's ministries written by Luke as a sequel to the third Gospel.
3. Epistles - 21 early letters written by various authors consisting mainly of Christian counsel and instruction.
4. Revelation - An Apocalyptic prophesy written by John.
